Due to the nature of our shop, refunds are not accepted. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom items.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately using the Contact us from on the site with your order number, description and pictures of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
